Becky Jones is Vice President and Brokerage Manager of the Sotheby’s International Realty – Monterey Bay  Brokerage and a non-competing manager.

As a local resident since 1978, and over 20 years of real estate sales as a top producing agent, she provides agents with the highest level of transactional support, marketing, and business planning matters. Her local expertise and extensive real estate experience span all price ranges and cities on the Monterey Peninsula.

Becky is a true marketer at heart and not only holds an MBA in marketing but has taught marketing at the postgraduate and graduate level at both the Naval Postgraduate School and Monterey Institute of International Studies. She utilizes this expertise to help agents build their personal reputation and business plans, while strengthening local brand presence. Becky has strong management experience to fall back on, having held management positions with Fortune 500 companies including Cisco, Whirlpool, Sony, and McGraw-Hill Corporation.

Becky holds an MBA in marketing from Golden Gate University, a Master of Education from Chapman University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from Arizona State University. With strong ties to the community, she sits on the Governing Board of Directors for the Big Sur International Marathon, a Carmel Chamber of Commerce Board Member, a member of the Executive Board for MLSListings, and supports numerous other local non-profits. She is dedicated to teaching and currently serves as the Real Estate Program Chair and instructor at Monterey Peninsula College in Monterey, CA.
