Stuart Campbell, Broker of Congress Springs, Inc., has managed an independent real estate brokerage in this area since 1997.  Stu was born in San Jose and lived in Saratoga most of his life.  Stu graduated from Saratoga High School before attending San Jose State University and receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.  From there he received a Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law.  

The brokerage and all of our clients, past and present, have never been sued for any pertinent real estate activities.  We attribute this to sound practices and procedures in representing clients.  Congress Springs realtors represent clients zealously and honestly to shield them from legal exposure.
