Marvin at the beginning of his RE career was greatly influenced and trained under great mentor like Cristina Martinez of Century 21, who was top RE Agent in her time. Then he was mentored under the Mike Ferry Organization, is one of the top RE training system in the US in the early to 2000 to 2008, which help him become one of the top producing agents in the Silicon Valley in those times. Presently he is under of the coaching of his broker Will Tran of Elite realty one of the top brokers in Silicon Valley. June of 2026 he is also enrolled in the coaching program of Charles Curry one of the top Coaching programs in RE in the US.

Marvin’s extensive experience professionally and personally in the Silicon Valley Real Estate Market, Alameda County to Sacramento, which began in October 1994 to present makes him deliver superior representation in Selling, Buying, Refinancing, Investing, Upgrading and Exchanging real estate properties. Building his dream home for his family in San Jose California separates him in terms of extensive knowledge about residential real estate from many real estate practitioners in the Silicon Valley.
