I am a Silicon Valley native, a full-time, second generation REALTOR® since early 1993 and a top producing agent.  My clients come to me as repeat buyers and sellers, referred by past clients or other Realtors, or from my writing.
 
Areas of expertise:   My sales are in all of Santa Clara County with a focus on Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell & the San Jose areas of Cambrian, Almaden, Willow Glen, Blossom Valley, and areas along the Highway 85 corridor. I sell all types of residential real estate: single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, planned unit developments, estate properties.
 
Education & Designations:  An education junkie, I have an very thorough and ongoing real state education - including eight college level courses.  I take non-required coursework to stay on the cutting edge, with many courses specially on negotiation alone, including a certificate from Stanford University for a negotiation course passed there.

Writing:  I co-authored a book with Ken Deshaies,"How To Get The Best Deal When Selling Your Home In Silicon Valley" published in 2004 . It has been very well received and is now available in libraries, bookstores and online. 
 
My real estate blogs are a joy to write and my more than 2000 articles bring me a good deal of new business each year. I have won blogging competitions and been named as one of the best real estate bloggers in the US. Three of them are "Live in Los Gatos", "San Jose Real Estate Los Gatos Homes" and "Move2SiliconValley".
 
Philosophy:  Folks who are buying and selling homes in Silicon Valley are highly sophisticated. They don’t need a “sales job” but an advocate who provides them with good data and a way to make sense of it so they can make intelligent decisions that will have long-term benefits.
