For Jim, real estate is a family business. Born and raised in San Mateo, Jim had two uncles that influenced him at an early age; one was a home builder and the other was a real estate broker. From his early teens, Jim learned how to build homes working during the summer with his uncle. Later his passion turned to the marketing and sales of homes. From the beginning of his real estate career, Jim has excelled and grown as a person and in the profession he loves dearly.

Licensed in 1990, Jim has devoted the past 32 years developing his unique style and reputation in the real estate community. With over 275 successfully closed transactions, Jim is widely known as someone who knows what he is doing and delivers results for his clients.

Commonly referred to as a laidback, non-pushy Broker, Jim’s approach to the business is relentless when pursuing his client’s goals. Throughout his career, he has set numerous high sales records throughout the Peninsula and San Francisco. With all that success, Jim remains a humble person that believes he is only as good as the results he obtains for you, not relying on past success.

When it comes to results, Jim is always willing to do what it takes to succeed and goes up and beyond to get the job done.

Having started his career with a National Brand, Jim realized that it doesn’t matter what name is on his business card, what matters is the results. He became a Broker in 1997 and started his own private practice that he ran for over 20 years. In 2020, Jim transitioned back to the traditional world and has mentored dozens of agents, lead large teams as a sales manager and is a recognized leading sales trainer for several well-known brands in the Bay Area.
