Summary
I have been appraising and selling Real Estate for over 20 years in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, San Francisco County, and Alameda County. I grew up in Eagle River, Alaska from 8-18 years old. My mother Judith Anderson worked and retired from the Municipality of Anchorage Law Offices and fathered Manfred Dietrich operates a 85 ft. marine vessel out of Seward, Alaska. I ventured to California and landed in San Jose January 1990 after a short time working with VECO on the Alaskan Oil Spill and a summer season on my fathers boat. My career in Real Estate started in May 1990 working for Craig Federspiel, SRA. October 2003 I had left Mr. Federspiel's office to work for myself as a Certified Residential Appraiser. I started the company Accurate Appraisal & Review and have been in operation ever since. In 1994 I started working as a Real Estate Agent with broker Anthony F. Gargiulo. He has been a great Mentor in Real Estate Sales ever since. I have been a Realtor member for the past 10+- years. I married Digna Lovina on May 28, 2005. We have two boys Dominic and Derek. I currently reside in Santa Clara County.
