My favorite part of being a Realtor is the pleasure that I receive when I give the clients the key to their new home.That's when I feel I've done what I do best-"care for people's needs,that's what this job is about.That's what gives me satisfaction."

I have been "caring for people's needs in real estate since 1990.I am experienced in all aspects of residential real estate buying and selling:fist time buyers,move-ups and the more challenging relocation's. I am sensitive to my clients' needs and concerns,and understand any considerations about schools and neighborhoods.

Born in the Azores,I grew up speaking Portuguese.In school I learned English, which I utilized after coming to America in my 20s. Before becoming a Realtor,I attended community college in the San Jose area and learned Spanish. Today I am a master of English and Portuguese, I am fluent in Spanish. I attribute it to a strong desire to communicate effectively,whether with my former coworkers or today's clients.

The commitment to maintain close communication with my clients is only one of the reasons my clients are so loyal.I do not do anything halfway.My passion is apparent in everything I undertake.My clients know that when I work for them, they have more than an agent; they have an advocate.
