I was born and raised right here in Silicon Valley! My grandfather started in real estate right after World War 2 and I followed in his footsteps by earning my real estate license in 1988, just as I was finishing college at San Jose State University. Ultimately, I realized that to really focus on what is most important to buyers and sellers, I wanted to be able to go out on my own. 

So, I earned my real estate brokers license and began to focus on what I had proven generates the best results for my buyers and sellers! I know the markets and I pride myself on being able to negotiate excellent terms and conditions for my clients that make them money! I focus on what matters most to you. 

I have raised my three sons right here in the South Valley and love my community and neighbors! I enjoy attacking problems from new angles and I am not shy about geeking out over the latest technology and how I can put it to work in my real estate business. 

You can also find me taking pictures from San Jose to Gilroy as I explore the most interesting sights our communities have to offer. That includes everything from architectural photos to scenic snapshots of our beautiful local trails, attractions and parks.
