With over four decades of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals. Starting in 1982 as a mortgage loan originator, I built a strong foundation in finance before transitioning to real estate sales. Today, I am proud to serve as the owner of CBC Realty, where I bring my passion for real estate and commitment to my clients every day.

I have always believed in giving back to the community. In addition to my work in real estate, I had the privilege of volunteering with the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR) Foundation in 2018, where I chaired the Grant Committee. As a past president and current advisor and Board of Directors of the Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association (FAREPA) in Silicon Valley, I continue to foster growth and contribute to numerous charitable initiatives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my granddaughter, who are my greatest joys. Real estate may be my profession, but family is at the heart of everything I do.
