The services I offer to my clients exceeds that of many real estate agents in the market area.  I offer the ability to take a deeper look into properties listed for sale for my buyer clients and for my selling clients who want to achieve the highest list price for their specific property. For my clients, I download a one mile radius MLS search of over 8-11 statistical market data to consider making offers or to list a property in the current market. Then I inform my clients based on the market data as a real estate consultant as to what their real estate goals  for their investment portfolio. My experience includes Real Estate sales knowledge since first licensed in 1980 in California to the present. Other specialties includes Inherited Properties listings and as an approved Court Expert Witness for real estate matters in several local courts. My goal is to provide the best service for my clients with integrity and professionalism to help with their real estate needs. With the coming recent changes to Listing and Buyer Agents Commission in July 2024 there will be a very large exodus of real agents across the nation due to a limited number of homes available for purchase.
