Located approx 2 miles from Highway 68 (just passed Titus Park on the right), this 10+ acre parcel provides a peaceful and serene setting. Take San Benancio Canyon rd, Look for the for sale sign and there is a American flag as well. Then take the shared road/driveway. The road will veer to the left and then go up / right at the fork. Look for the second for sale sign. This is more or less where the lot starts. It actually starts prior to the sign. Up the road you will see the well, this is close to where the lot ends. The well produced 19.5 GPM from our past test. The parcel is on the right side starting near the large pine tree on the right (across from 152). The property extends up and over 2 peaks (topo map from 2006 available). There is an access road to the 2 party well which is just passed the upper lot line (street number 188 SBC). MLS requires a street address so 185 was imputed but may be incorrect. Topography is hilly, but provides beautiful views. Sunrise views with orientation towards Mount Toro possible! animal life is abundant and over the ridge is some groomed fire trails and is very scenic. Great spot to ride your bike, hike and enjoy nature at its best!
