Using a systematic approach of discovery, Julia learns just what her clients want to accomplish.  She then outlines the necessary steps to achieving the stated goal and walks her clients through those steps.  Communication is key to keeping her clients confident that the process is going as planned and in the unlikely event of a roadblock; Julia is a solution finder.  She has solid connections to lenders, lawyers, contractors, title and escrow, etc.  She and her affiliates get transactions done!

Julia has over 20 years’ experience through various markets, and she knows how to navigate each one.  With an impressive closing volume/unit count she outpaces the average Realtor by 75%.  Her clients consistently credit her negotiation skills, her open communication, and her ability to find deals that are not on the market.  Julia has experience with first time buyers, vacation home sellers/buyers, C suite clients, working under an NDA, short sale and pre-foreclosures, and she loves working with sellers.

When Julia is not working, she enjoys nurturing her green thumb in the garden and improving her golf game.  She and her partner; Carl, love to spend time with family and friends cooking up a storm, telling stories and laughing until their sides hurt.  She is currently obsessed with Wordle and Quordle.
