Notable projects include many townhouse and condominium developments in San Jose, California; 3 large housing projects in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Water Injection and Power project in Jakarta, Indonesia, Alvarado-Wilshire station in Los Angeles; San Francisco Airport paving projects; and Port of Oakland wharf structures. Have designed custom homes for many high-end houses in Atherton, Pleasanton,Los Altos, Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Well know by many as an innovator, forward-thinking person and a problem solver. Have solved many of City of Palo Alto building problems and IBM Cottle Road Facility building problems. Helped Watkins Johnson, Palo Alto, in complying with Waste Water contamination issues by proposing, designing and executing "on-of-a-kind" water treatment plant to minimize waste and recycle 97 percent of the water in the facility.
Invest in rental properties. Have done 15 Forward IRS 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Now involved in IRS 1031 Reverse Exchange.
